The KLP® Hybrid Polymer Turnout Bearer (200 series), reinforced with four internal steel bars and available up to 5.2 meters, combines the damping properties of timber with high structural strength. This provides excellent bending stiffness and consistent track geometry throughout the turnout.

The material’s dimensional stability prevents thermal distortion and supports precise track geometry over time.
