KLP^® Rollpallet

The KLP^® Rollpallet was developed in close cooperation with Tata Steel to improve the way coils are transported and handled internally. Unlike traditional wooden pallets, the Rollpallet consists of two interlocking halves that form a secure and rigid combination with the coil once strapped. This prevents shifting during movement, reducing the risk of accidents, damage and downtime. Designed for both hot and cold rolled coils, the Rollpallet ensures maximum stability while protecting the surface of the product, even in heavy industrial environments.

With its rounded shape that closely follows the coil contour, the KLP^® Rollpallet eliminates vulnerable corners and takes up over 20% less space than conventional square pallets. After use, the halves nest inside each other for compact return transport, lowering logistical costs. The Rollpallet is made from our moisture resistant KLP^®-material that does not absorb water, preventing corrosion and keeping the workspace clean. No splinters, no broken boards, and no sharp edges that could damage products or cause injury. Its lightweight yet strong construction supports repeated use and allows stacking up to four levels high. The KLP^® Rollpallet is available in multiple types, each marked by a specific color for quick identification and efficient handling in daily operations.
