Is the KLP® RollCradle System the right fit for your operation?
The KLP® RollCradle System offers a practical and TÜV approved solution for floor level or two level coil stacking, without the need for steel UNP profiles. The system consists of a reinforced plastic rail with notches and separate cradle blocks that can be positioned at different distances, depending on the coil diameter. While each cradle supports a limited range of diameters without repositioning, the setup is easily adjusted by moving the cradles along the notched rail.
This makes the KLP® RollCradle System especially suitable for operations that store coils of consistent sizes, where safety, simplicity and durability are key. With its proven design and impact resistant materials, the system continues to be a trusted solution in many warehouses. However, when storing a wider variety of coil diameters, the KLP® RollStop System may offer additional benefits. Thanks to RollStop’s steeper chock angle, the system provides enhanced safety for mixed coil sizes and supports stacking up to three levels high, making the RollStop System ideal for more dynamic storage environments.

Available in two versions for different coil sizes
The KLP® RollCradle System is available in two versions to accommodate different coil sizes.
The RC40 is designed for coil diameters ranging from 711 to 1900 mm, while the RC80 supports larger coils from 901 to 2100 mm. Both versions allow stacking up to two levels and provide the same level of safety, durability and ease of installation. The RC40 supports a maximum coil load of 40 tons per two cradles, while the RC80 handles up to 80 tons.
This makes the RollCradle System suitable for a variety of static storage environments, such as service centers, coil processing lines or buffer zones where consistent coil positioning is key.
