Our FixFlex pipe carriers are manufactured from high grade recycled polyethylene, long lasting and re-usable, designed to securely grip and separate individual pipes within a stacked bundle. Pipes are locked in place to prevent rolling or shifting during transport or offshore lifting operations, offering a an improved safe and secure working environment.

Lankhorst FixFlex design
FixFlex is an engineered system consisting of base carriers and mid carriers with defined, tested and field proven Safe Working Loads. The base carriers are placed on a flat surface and the mid carriers are placed in between the layers. They are UV resistant over a wide temperature range and do not crack or degrade under influence of sun light. A FixFlex carrier is unaffected by moisture, oil or solvents.
FixFlex pipe carriers are available in lengths of 1,5 meter (=4.9 ft) and 1,9 meter (= 6.2ft) with standardized sizes covering 2 7/8” – 36”.
Optimized for use
The Lankhorst FixFlex pipe carriers have been designed with ease of handling and safety of workers in mind. They are suitable for all common casing-, tubing- and drill pipe sizes. FixFLEX pipe carriers are available in sizes of 1,5 meter and 1,9 meter, depending on the diameter of the pipe.
